The Community Initiative of Chancellorville USA
Community Taking Care of Community.
The Chancellor Family Foundation is the community initiative of Chancellorville USA, created to support projects that strengthen and serve the Chancellor community.
It is the community-service and community-investment side of Chancellorville USA — broader than the original idea it grew from, and focused on the people of Chancellor as much as the place.
Wear the history. Preserve the story. Serve the community.
Direct public contributions are not being accepted through this website at this time.

Established Policy
After direct transaction costs, Chancellorville USA designates portions of net merchandise proceeds to support two community commitments: Memorial Chancellor Day / Reunion and the Chancellor Family Foundation.
Step 1
Merchandise Sale
Excludes sales tax collected and customer-paid shipping.
Step 2
Direct Transaction Costs
Production / fulfillment, payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks and other direct costs.
Step 3
Net Merchandise Proceeds
Merchandise revenue minus direct transaction costs.
Memorial Chancellor Day / Reunion
Supports the annual gathering, reunion activities and related community events.
Chancellor Family Foundation
Supports approved community projects, service initiatives and future neighborhood efforts.
Community designations are calculated from net merchandise proceeds, never from a customer's gross purchase price. Chancellorville USA merchandise is operated as a business, and not all merchandise proceeds are community-designated. Community-designated amounts are tracked separately so their use can be reported through this transparency dashboard. All figures remain $0 until real qualifying transactions are formally entered into the community accounting ledger.
Direct Transaction Costs
Not Distributable Merchandise Revenue
Sales tax collected from customers and customer-paid shipping are never treated as distributable merchandise revenue.
Transparency Dashboard
This dashboard reports community-designated money only: what has been designated from merchandise, what has been contributed directly, what has been deployed and what remains. No qualifying transaction has been entered into the community accounting ledger yet, so every figure is shown in its true state rather than filled with sample numbers.

This dashboard reports community-designated funds and is not a Chancellorville USA business financial statement. Reporting periods and reconciliation standards have not been finalized and are not implied here.

How the Mission Grew
The community mission originally grew from an idea we called “Buy Back the Block” — a vision centered on reinvesting in the place that shaped us.
As that vision grew, so did its purpose. Today that mission continues through the Chancellor Family Foundation, expanding the focus to community service, community support and future neighborhood initiatives.
One family. One project. One neighborhood at a time.
Chancellorville USA is not currently purchasing property, and no property acquisition, program or project is promised or guaranteed. This section describes purpose and direction, not existing programs.
Pathways
Four future pathways. None of them process contributions today.
Shop Chancellorville

Community Crowdfunding — In Development
Chancellorville USA plans to work with a community committee to establish a transparent method for supporting future community projects. Nothing is live: online contributions are not accepted on this website today.
Memorial Chancellor Day
Future event-based community support connected to the annual reunion and cookout.
Community Partners
Future businesses, organizations and supporters who participate in approved projects.
Merchandise Proceeds
Chancellorville USA merchandise is operated as a business. After applicable direct transaction costs, designated portions of net merchandise proceeds are committed to Memorial Chancellor Day / Reunion and the Chancellor Family Foundation. Community-designated amounts are tracked separately so their use can be reported through this transparency dashboard.
Direct Community Support
Any future direct community support would be separate from merchandise proceeds and never recorded as merchandise revenue. It would support the community purposes only: Memorial Chancellor Day / Reunion and the Chancellor Family Foundation. No contribution or crowdfunding processing is active on this website. The Chancellor Family Foundation is the name of the Chancellorville USA community initiative — it is not a registered nonprofit or tax-exempt organization, and nothing here is tax deductible.
